To check whether your cake is cooked simply insert the spike into the cake, and remove it again, if it comes out clean, your cake is cooked through. Fine enough that it will not damage your cake if it requires repeated testing. Long enough to use even on deep cakes and gateaux.

We recommend you handwash after use. 19cm long.
