Due to the ongoing Royal Mail Strike Action, deliveries may be delayed.

We thank you for your patience while this action continues.

We may use alternative couriers if we deem this to be a better alternative to Royal Mail. However, other couriers may also be experiencing delays due to increased volumes.

Most items⁺⁺ are sent via Royal Mail RM48 and should be with you within 2-3* working days.

Royal Mail RM24 – £4.99 per order.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Working Day (Mon – Fri) Before 1pm – £9.99.

*RM 48 – Royal Mail– Once dispatched, RM 48 has a delivery aim of two days for over 94% of Royal Mail postcodes (excludes handling time).

**RM 24 – Royal Mail aim to deliver Royal Mail RM 24 the next working day (excludes handling time).

Please note RM 48 and RM 24 are not guaranteed services, and can take up to 14 days to arrive. – If you need a guaranteed service, please choose Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Working Day.

We endeavour to despatch orders received before 2pm Monday to Thursday, before noon on Friday on the same day, orders received after 2pm Mon – Thu or Noon Friday will be despatched the next working day.

In any event, we aim that all items in stock will be despatched within 2 working days of us receiving your cleared payment.

We aim to have all items shown as available on the website in stock. In the rare event of your chosen items not being in stock, we will let you know how quickly we can get them to you. You will also be offered a 5% discount on those items.
