Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Is FREE on all Standard UK Orders:

Small packets and parcels will be sent via Royal Mail 24 and should be with you within 1-2 working days.
 We will contact you via email if for any reason your order will take longer. 

Larger orders will be sent via courier. There may be additional charges for larger orders. Please contact us for a quotation.
We endeavour to despatch orders received before 2pm Monday to Thursday, and before 12 noon on Friday, on the same day, orders received after 2pm (12 noon on friday) the next working day. In any event, we aim that all items in stock will be despatched within 2 working days of us receiving your payment.
We aim, but do not guarantee, to have all items shown as available on the website in stock. In the very rare event of your chosen items not being in stock, we will let you know how quickly we can get them to you. You will also be offered a 5% discount on those items.
 

Privacy & Security

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.

We may collect the following information:

  • name
  • contact information including email address
  • demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests
  • other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers
     

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

Returns & Replacements

We hope that you will be happy with the products that you have bought from Sage Cookware. However, we understand that you may want to return an item if you change your mind. It must be returned in the original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a refund of the purchase price, excluding any postage.
You will need to contact us for an RMA, and the returns address. Please pack your returns securely and include your full name and delivery address along with your return. You will remain responsible for your items and all costs incurred for postage until it reaches us. Returns must be shipped prepaid, we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Ordering

This Agreement, together with any additional terms on the Site, shall govern any order you make through the Site or Services for Products. Your placement of an Order through our Site is an offer to purchase the Product(s) ordered and we may accept your Order by processing your payment and shipping the Product(s). For any reason, we may decline to accept your Order or any part of your Order. If we decline to accept your Order, we will attempt to notify you at the email address you provided. Any estimated delivery date provided by Sage Cookware is based on Product availability and payment processing time. The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the Products passes to you on delivery as long as full payment has been received.
We check all the products before they leave us and we pack the orders very carefully. However in the unlikely event that you find your order damaged or faulty, please call us on 01902 332503 to arrange return. Upon receipt (please include a written description of what the problem was) and we will replace or refund the item including postage.
No liability is accepted for damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow the manufacturers’ instructions.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Sage Cookware reserves the right to change, without prior notice, any products that appear on the site.
This includes adding or withdrawing products from the range, revising any prices, changing the type of payment and the method of delivery. Products displayed may be unavailable and hence substituted. We have taken every care to ensure the information contained on the website is correct. There may be some slight colour variations to actual products. We have tried our best to show you the products in the photographs.
We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our Site may be mispriced. Prices do not include shipping which will be added to your total purchase price.
