Return and Refund Policy
30 Day Returns
We offer a 30 day returns policy, starting from the date your items are delivered.
Items must be returned in a re-saleable condition, unused and unworn with tags attached. This means the product, packaging, labels and tags are undamaged and unused. Please note we do not cover your return postage costs
How do I return an item?

Refunds will be made via the payment method used to make the purchase.
We recommend you return your item via the Post Office and ask for the most cost-effective recorded delivery service. This is usually Royal Mail Signed For, or Parcel Force 48. Alternatively choose another courier that offers a recorded delivery service, as proof of postage does not guarantee proof of delivery.
Standard outbound postage costs will be refunded (Most items are sold with free delivery in any case), however, upgraded and premium outbound shipping options will not be refunded
How long will my refund take?
We try to process returns as quickly as possible and normally process them the day the returned items are received, however, this can take up to four weeks to be completed after giving your item to the return courier.
This timeframe includes shipping time with the courier (from 3 to 14 days if using Royal Mail), time for us to process your return (3 to 5 days) and the time taken for the payment provider and your bank to process the refund request (can be up to 10 business days)
You will receive an email notification once your refund or exchange is complete.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
